Branded and Unbranded Virtual Tours: Setup and Delivery
Use your branded presentation for your own marketing and the unbranded MLS presentation when the destination listing service requires it. Keep both links clearly labeled when delivering a project to a client.
Availability
Branding and the unbranded MLS viewer are available with BUSINESS and higher plans. A custom domain can be arranged on request for BUSINESS and higher accounts. See current plans for availability.
Configure Your Account Branding
- Sign In and open Branding in the admin section.
- Complete your business identity, including the company name, description, and primary brand color.
- Add your logo and any landing-page imagery you want to use.
- Review the headline, button text, and destination link for your branded landing page.
- Check your website and contact information.
- Select Save Branding.
- Review the resulting presentation as a visitor, including on a phone.
These are account branding settings, including your personalized landing page. Review each destination you plan to send to clients rather than assuming that every branding field appears inside the tour viewer.
Request a Custom Domain
If you want to use your own domain, contact 360are with the domain you would like to use and your account details. The team can confirm the setup required for your account.
Wait for the setup instructions before changing domain records. After setup, test the final address and use that confirmed address in your marketing material.
Get the Unbranded MLS Link
- Open the tour's normal viewer link.
- Open Share in the viewer controls.
- Find MLS Listing Link.
- Select Copy MLS Link.
- Open that copied address in a separate browser window and review it before delivery.
Use the generated MLS link rather than the regular Copy Link action in All Assets. The two links serve different presentation needs.
The MLS viewer hides the 360are logo/home link, the standard information panel, AI Chat, and the lead-capture form. It also uses a generic property-tour page title. This does not remove branding already photographed into a panorama or edited into an image.
Check signs, watermarks, thumbnails, and any content you added to the tour. Do not assume that switching viewer modes removes every identifying detail from your source material.
Check the Destination's Requirements
Before submitting a tour to an MLS, ask the agent or listing administrator for that service's current requirements. An unbranded viewing mode is not a guarantee that a particular listing service will accept every tour.
Review the exact link being delivered, including visible images and any interactive content. If you are unsure how to remove an element, use the 360are contact form and describe the element and the requirement you need to meet.
Deliver the Right Link
| Destination | What to provide |
|---|---|
| Client website or direct marketing | The normal tour link or a website embed |
| MLS requiring an unbranded tour | The copied MLS link, checked against that service's requirements |
| Branded business landing page | Your verified account landing-page address |
| Custom domain | The final address confirmed after setup |
Tell clients which link is for which purpose. The MLS version hides the contact form, so use the normal presentation when visitors should be able to submit inquiries.
Follow How to Share and Embed a 360are Virtual Tour for copying links and placing the tour on a website.
Before You Send the Project
- Verify that the tour is saved and in the intended publishing state.
- Open both the normal and MLS links outside your editing session.
- Check branding and contact details where they should appear.
- Review the unbranded presentation for visible promotional material.
- Test scene navigation and any floor plan on desktop and mobile.
- Label the links clearly in the delivery message.
If the MLS link is unavailable or either presentation looks wrong, contact Support with the affected URL, your plan, and a description of what you expected to see.
